[orca-list] Firefox Bookmarks Manager Broken!

I'm noticing what I think to be a regression with Firefox and the
Organize Bookmarks feature.  Dunno who the bug should be file with.
I'll give steps below.
1. Open up Firefox (I'm using 3 Beta5 pre)
2. Goto Bookmarks -> Organize Bookmarks.
3. Backtab to you hear the combobox of bookmark folders.
4. Move down to a folder you know that has several bookmarks inside
it.
5. Tab to the next control which is the list of bookmark items. It may
say something like unselected item.
6. Press down arrow to go down the list and come back up.  Basically
you will hear silence and the items are not spoken.  I have to use the
numpad Enter key to hear the item.
7. Also, when pressing this key, you will hear the total number of
items in the list but the index will always be at #1 so if you get to
the bottom of the list, it will still be #1 even though it will speak
the name of the last item.

I thought this worked before when I started using Firefox over a
couple months ago.  So I don't know for sure when this broke.

Once while in this box, I lost speech completely and had to restart X
over again.
