What did you run to get your error message? Did this occur during
startup or were you trying to run an init script? If you tried to run an
init script, be sure you are running it as root. Obviously the error
indicates you don't have permission to access a file, but root should
have all permission unless explicitly denied, which root can change at
any time by simply changing the permissions of the file in question. If
the error is occurring at startup, I am at somewhat of a loss, since the
init scripts are supposed to run as root at startup.
