It is indeed time to report a bug. If there is a public demonstration page on
the Web that exhibits the problem, include the URL; otherwise, include a
sample page (test case) with your bug report. You could also follow the
instructions on the Orca wiki to generate a debug log of your Orca session,
and submit relevant parts of the log with your bug report.
