[orca-list] Orca Firefox Wiki

I made some observations of the wiki page at
http://libe.gnome.org/Orca/Firefox that brings me to ask a few
questions. First, it talks about the two key modes where one is under
control of Orca and the other under Gecko. It also said the default
is under Gecko. From what I've been seeing lately, it seems like Orca
is really in control and pressing the insert-f12 key confirms my
thoughts. Has that default changed over time? If so, I could get
setup so I can update the wiki with the correct info. I also saw it
mentioned that you put into Gecko control to update or work with form
fields. Well, I have just been working in the form fields as they
come along without touching this toggle. It brings me to the final
question of just how important is that toggle key now days? Or did I
missing something here?
