[orca-list] up arrow takes screen shot

Hey all,
I am encountering an extremely weird problem in Gnome. The save screen shot 
dialog comes up when I hit up arrow. It is as if I hit print screen. The 
funny thing is, up arrow works as expected when arrowing through menus, but 
not in Pidgin or Firefox. Any ideas on what could be the problem and how to 
fix it? thanks
