[orca-list] Capitalized Letters

At the present time, I don't get any indication of capital (upper
case) letters when arrowing over them or reading single characters.
I'm currently using Speech Dispatcher with the Espeak module and Orca
Back-end for the voice.  I don't recall seeing any caps options in
Orca preferences; though I could have overlooked something.  Do I need
to check anything in particular with Speech Dispatcher?

I'll tell you, you sure need to know the case of a letter with these
mixed case file names.:)
