[orca-list] firefox 3 and orca

i have been surfing the internet using firefox 3 with orca.
however on my desktop and laptop which have both a gig and half a 
gig the speech seems very slow when i tab through links in 
ubuntu.
is there a way of improving speech with orca and firefox?
i had a look at the sessions menu in ubuntu to see if disableing 
some of the apps in startup would make a difference but i don't 
think they did and if it did i wouldn't know which things to 
disable apart from maybe bluetooth manager which i don't use 
anyway.
