I only know that since I started testing Hardy I haven't been able to
run admin apps and I have had a /root/.orbitrc file since the early days
of Gutsy. I need to file a bug somewhere if it doesn't already exist,
but I didn't know what was causing the problem so haven't filed yet.
It's hard to create a meaningful bug report when the cause of the bug is
unknown. It makes the bug very hard to track down.
