[orca-list] Speech-dispatcher 0.6.6 is a huge improvement!

I can personally attest to Speech-dispatcher 0.6.6 being a lot more
stable than 0.6.5. I've been using it fairly heavily for about a day
now, and it hasn't crashed once. 0.6.5 would crash so frequently, that
it was basically unusable. The work-around of setting the log level to
5 did work, but generated way too much log traffic. 10MB in 5 minutes
was not unheard of. So, the bottom line is, I'm very happy that this
bug has been corrected. I'd even go so far as to suggest that future
versions of Orca use Speech-dispatcher by default. First, it works
better than Gnome-speech since it uses Alsa. Second, it's a heck of a
lot easier to add new synthesizers. With Gnome-speech, you have to
rebuild it in order to get support for a synthesizer. Lastly, if you
happen to use Festival, it works way better with Speech-dispatcher than
Gnome-speech. For one thing, you can actually change the pitch of the
voice, and for another, you can use all the voices you've built.
Lastly, thanks to caching, it's responsive enough to be practical.
