I would think the easiest way to get Orca started after login would be
to simply press Alt-F2, which opens the run dialog and then just type
'orca' and hit enter.  Orca always comes up that way.  After Orca is
running, then one can go into the menus and do whatever for permenant
auto start for future envokations of gnome/orca.
