[orca-list] "Activate orca after login" suggestion

Hi All,
I have just filed a bug which I think will help a lot of new users.

One of my friends started playing with Ubuntu the other day, and he
asked how to get Orca started after login.

I realised that it was a little odd, having to go through all the menus,
so I wondered if it was possible to create a checkbox in the general tab
of the preferences dialogue to make this easier.
