[orca-list] Keyboard handling and Spell Mode in Keyboard Learning Mode

Hello all,
I noticed that if one keeps holding INSERT key to execute several ORCA 
commands while in Keyboard Learning Mode, Orca switches to Spell Mode 
and incessantly repeats the name of the INSERT key.
Would it make sense to exclude modifier keys from being treated by spell 
feature?
What do you all think?
