Thanks for pointing this issue out.  It is caused by Firefox not 
providing a focus event when focus returns to Firefox.  This bug can be 
monitored at http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=415919 .  In 
the meantime, I would suggest using a version of Firefox prior to the 
1/28 nightly.
