[orca-list] cannot use orca on my system

Hi. I am having problems with my system so I cannot use gnome. I am
using gentoo and here is what happens. I have two users -- if I log
in using gdm for one of the users, here is the .xsession-errors
output.

/etc/X11/gdm/Xsession: Beginning session setup...
/etc/X11/gdm/Xsession: Setup done, will execute: /usr/bin/ssh-agent -- /usr/bin/seahorse-agent --execute

This probably reflects a bug in the program.
The error was 'BadName (named color or font does not exist)'.

  (Note to programmers: normally, X errors are reported asynchronously;
that is, you will receive the error a while after causing it.
To debug your program, run it with the --sync command line
option to change this behavior. You can then get a meaningful
backtrace from your debugger if you break on the gdk_x_error() function.)

There are more errors, but I think they are associated with the X
server shutting down.

Now I have another user where I get the following:

/etc/X11/gdm/Xsession: Beginning session setup...
/etc/X11/gdm/Xsession: Setup done, will execute: /usr/bin/ssh-agent -- /usr/bin/seahorse-agent --execute
gnome-session
and nothing else happens -- visually I am not getting the gnome
desktop with that user.

I am using gnome 24.1, at-spi 1.24.0 -- let me know if there is any
otherinformation you need to get this working.

Thanks in advance for your help.
