[orca-list] remastering either ubuntu or opensuse?

Hello,
        Does anyone know how to remaster either an ubuntu 8.10 server CD or
an opensuse 11 image? I'm wanting to do an install on a machine which is a
headless server, it has no monitor and i'm needing output to appear on a
connected serial port for the install, after which i can then ssh in to the
machine.
        Replies might want to be private as i'm not sure this is On topic.
