No.  It will not.  Because in the walk through, it's not rmoved, just disabled.

Thanks very much for that walk-through.  If pulseaudio is  removed,
what happens in subsequent upgrades of Ubuntu?  Will ubuntu try to
reinstall it, making it a recurring problem?

I knwo there was some talk a while back about replacing PulseAudio with Alsa
