if skip the step of starting xbrlapi, then when orca is started, the 
braille display still shows "screen not in text mode".

But he doesn't know what to do when you just let him know that on your machine
everything is fine.
I think starting that X-Brlapi stuff is not necessary. Simply restart
Orca after restarting brltty. What does happen then?
I use the latest Orca with the latest brltty.
