I tried with eclipse 3.2 packaged in ubuntu repos, eclipse 3.4 and 
eclipse 3.5M1.
About ried openjd-6 I'm not sure. How can I do this?
If I'm not mistaken I ran a command called update-alternatives to 
configure de default java virtual machine. When I call java with the 
-version flag, I saw the expected version.
