[orca-list] How do I change the translationtable in brltty to european or german

Hi
I know that I have to write something in the terminal. But the manual 
either expected to have people to have more experience than I have, or I 
looked in the wrong place. So what do I have to write exactly. I didn't 
change any files or anything else.
