Is it possible to update orca via apt-get install orca or something like that?
If your distribution (possibly Debian or Ubuntu if you are
talking about apt-get) does have a package for orca (both distros
name it gnome-orca) you can install and update orca with
apt-get.
What's the command to check for updates to orca and install them automatically?
Automatically? I'd say you want "apt-get update && apt-get install gnome-orca"
