On some
occasions, I've found myself thrown back to the top of the page when
doing the alt-leftarrow thing.  Just another way to do things with Firefox.


This is a known issue since months, but I've to admit that also the FS 
developers 
spend a lot of time to make this solidly work in Jaws.
