OK, but this answer is not correct. QT4 support AT-SPI through D-Bus not
through CORBA. So the problem is not in QT4 but in AT-SPI.

Jan, who has developed at-spi?
Yes right it was the gnome-accessibility developers.
They are working on it sence ?5? Years.
troltech now has implemented some stuff to qt and why should the people
working on gnome-accessibility change working software to support
troltech's QT4?

There remains
the question why does AT-SPI not support D-Bus and when will it change.
 
The question is is corba now obsolete in gnome?
Then it makes sense to implement at-spi over d-busit not to qt apps orca?
