Hello, list.

I just reinstall speech-dispatcher  and tried it and found that it
supports Russian perfectly. Sorry for my previous comments about that.
But I made so many failing attempts before! Now Orca's speech is much
more stable and fluent though orca keeps on crashing in gnome-terminal
on my machine though not so frequently. But now I must restart  speech
dispatcher, not orca, in order to bring back speech.
