Hello Fabiano, if you have a speech synthesizer with a Portuguese voice,
you simply select this synthesizer and the desired voice in Orca
preferences.  If that doesn't work, describe your problem in more
detail.  Make sure you have read the instructions at
http://live.gnome.org/Orca/SpeechDispatcher
