[orca-list] Can't start Orca after upgrading some packages



I've yum-upgraded from Fedora F7 to F8 recently, and until yesterday,
I was able to run Orca, both in text mode for configuration, and in
the GUI. Today, after upgrading some pacages, Orca just hangs for a
long time, and then "Welcome to Orca setup." is displayed.
