Mike, Darragh:

Do you have a specific test case we can start poking at?  For example, 
the exact application you are using, the exact content you're doing a 
SayAll on, and the caret position when you invoke the SayAll?  Even if 
this seems to happen everywhere, giving us a specific test case will 
help us a lot in tracking down the problem.
