Cut and paste, if it exists, is enough.  Dragging and dropping with  
the mouse is just the way that mac users refer to that exact same  
thing.  Apple being so into using teh mouse and all.

It seems like it would just make it harder to manage another orca  
command with the mouse if you could just do ctrl X.
