[orca-list] large objects

Hi all, I just woke up to some list trafic on this topic so thought I'd
make a few comments.  
The  behavior of this feature is intended to be similar to that
implemented in JAWS.  We've been making some tweaks to this feature on
and off to try to make it only stop where intended.  I'll be
experimenting with this today to hopefully get it more to the users
liking.
