Hi,
revision 2400 contains a fix for OO and Evolution to now reliably speak
selected text. I tested it and nothing changed:
In Evolution Orca does not announce the selected text while selecting it,
and in the end it speaks the first line when pressing the numpad-enter key.
In OO the same old story as before: Ig a return or a blank line is
inserted,
I hear the last selected paragraph, provided the cursor is placed on a line
that contains text. Placed on an empty line, I hear only "paragraph" and
nothing else. So what has changed?
Are there any special settings in OO and Evolution to support screen
readers better?
Hermann
