Hi,
When you use speech-dispatcher with Orca, you can also have other 
speech-dispatcher clients that use speech-dispatcher and the same synth 
without conflicts.
You do that with the gnome-speech speech-dispatcher driver.
Whatever you can get to speak through speech-dispatcher, you can thenm use 
with Orca.
