Greetings folks
Was wondering if there were best practice ways of doing tag clouds
that make it easy for screen readers to map them to a spoken kind of
ranking?
I've seen people talking about this kind of thing
<div id="tagshere" class="content" style="background-image: none;
background-color: rgb(252, 252, 252);"> <span
class="smallTag">word</span> <span class="largestTag">education</span>
<span class="largeTag">identity</span>
<span class="smallestTag">web 2.0</span> </div>
Just not sure from a screen reader perspective what kinds of logical
representation make it easy to make a useful mapping to a spoken tag
cloud.
Probably boils down to options for view by quantity, alphabet, popularity, date?
Quantity - how many of my records w the tag
Alphabet - listing of tags a-z
Popularity - many people use the tag?
cheers
Janet
