Hello Jan,
I know such a feature from Jaws, and it is not very reliable there:
The main problem however is that of writing propper HTML code. If the
page isn't designed propperly, the screen reader switches language
without any reason.
Another problem is the amount of system ressources that are occupied by
such a feature.
The result of all that problems is that I turn off automatic language
switch.
What the Orca developers should think about is to implement a switching
hotkey.
