[orca-list] braille settings and orca

Hi List,

A new user of orca :) 

Thanks for all the hard work in making an open source screenreader

I was setting up orca with braile support, and made my changes (braille 
table etc) in /etc/brltty.conf

On reboot it will use my options, but from time to time the 
/etc/brltty.conf gets overwritten by something.
the first line of /etc/brltty.conf states that it was created using 
/lib/brltty.sh, looking there, it doesnt seem to perform an overwrite of 
the standard config file.

Also, a lot of posts point to pages on the wiki, which is ofcourse very 
good, but it would be better still if there exists an index page, 
containing links to all articles. Maybe its already out there, but i 
have failed to come across it.
