[orca-list] feature request report attribute change

Hello,

The last implemented feature is a very important one so thanks for this.

My feature request is the following:
If a user uses OO or other accessible editor to write a complex document
so
it will be usefull to get feedback on attribute change.
E. g. you are moving from a paragraph which uses bold format to a line
with capital etc.
This change should be reported by orca.
I thought of a easy to use keybinding to toggle this feature.
Waht do you think about this?
