[orca-list] Aditional infos regarding ibmtts module Re: speech-dispatcher and python

Hi,

The ibmtts module has some problems on my machine.

1. whitespaces and sometimes a single dash are enough to stop the while
output.
In this case a speech-dispatcher restart is needed afaik.

2. utf8 is currently broekn in cvs version.
