Hi Vigneswari,
as I know Festival does not support Asian languages; it supports some
European - besides English - Spanish and Czech.
Did you install Espeak?
If not, visit:
http://espeak.sourceforge.net
I suggest you test first the stand-allone-version to hear whether Hindi
is in good quality. If you are satisfied, we can discuss the next steps.
Unfortunately Espeak does not support Tamil.
