[orca-list] how to customize orca for other languages

hello,
i am working on debian box. i installed gnome-orca package from debian unstable.
its reading screen well.
i want to make that to read other languages too.
is there any other languages available already other than english? please let me know.
also please let me know how to customize for other languages?
