Orca viewing php pages

Hi all,

  I am trying to set up a forum on my apache server. the settings.php
file won't open in firefox it just keeps asking me if I want to open or
save the file. I keep hitting open and new tabs keep popping up with
that same dialogue box. elinks won't display it either. How can I view
this php page? Sorry I guess not really orca related....
