there are similar efects here with other audio capable apps.
But I do not think that the soundcard is the main Problem because my
sblive card can handle several audiostreams simultaniously.

Ekiga is a nice app but currently not usable with orca.
After starting a call there is no sound from orca and ekiga.
Killing one of these apps brings the sound back again.
