Orca voice chatting software compatible with orca

hello list, is there any voice chatting software like skype or yahoo 
messenger  voice which is supported by orca? Or is anybody using any 
such program which is being supported by orca out of the box. I have 
tried some programs like real player and mozilla thunderbird where orca 
is providing speech feedback.
