Why should people need Orca if you advise them to use textmode browsers
?
btw they doesn't support JS aso as FF, so why should people need Orca if
they won't switch from text-browsers to something better ?

Hi again,
if you prefere a text browser, use w3m, that comes with Ubuntu.
It provides full cursor support for braille and speech, so that you can
scroll the whole page.
Another text base solution is links2, which can be set up for the use with
braille terminals; the effect is the same as in w3m.
