Orca Speech is interupted when a audio file is played

Hi to all,
a former bug returned:
In Orca 2.17.3 speech was switched off, when an audio or video file was
played. This happened with Espeak and Speech-dispatcher.
The bug was fixed in Orca 2.17.4 and above.
However: It returns with Espeak and the Gnome speech server 0.4.8.
It even happens when a notify signal is played, such as "new mail" in
Evolution.
I have to get speech back by pressing insert+control+space.
Does anyone use Espeak with the same configuration and has encountered
the same problem?
