The proposed keys are orca=left and orca+right. This means to use the orca
key to modify the arrows (the orca key is usually the insert key). This
makes sense, although the shortcut may be a bit awkward to type in some
situations. It also is similar to the mac voiceOver commands for
next/previous object. This helps when jumping from system to system.
