[orca-list] Building Orca from SVN

Hi alll,
I'm trying to compile Orca from source, using the latest SVN source. I
got the source, but autogen.sh keeps complaining about m4 macros that
aren't there. When I did `sudo apt-get build-dev orca`, it was trying to
install something called "librrd2-dev", but it said it was only
available from another source.

Does anyone know where you get it from? What are these m4 macros that
autogen.sh is telling me are so important?
