[orca-list] Audio guide to the installation of Ubuntu 7.4.

Hello again,

There has been a lot of discussion surrounding the Ubuntu distribution
lately so I decided to give it a go this evening and install it.  

During installing it, I captured Orca's output again and have run through a
type of installation guide.  
Basically, all I do is describe the process that I am going through to
install the system but this along with the output from Orca should help
people along the way.

Note, I had never installed Ubuntu before this so at points I'm using some
guess work and working on previous experiences so it's quite informal.
However, until I get some time to sit down and record this properly, it will
hopefully answer a number of questions.
