[orca-list] problem with Orca 2.19.6

hello

I`ve found a bug in the new version of Orca (2.19.6). When i apply any
preference or modifications it turns silent, and even rebooting the
graphic system it does not speak again.

It`s happenig with me and some other friends, and none of us have found
a way to solve it

Do you have any fix for it?
