[orca-list] w3m keystrokes not working

I can't seem to be able to get keystrokes for W3m to work apart from the
arrow keys or q to quit so apart from reading text on pages with Orca I
can't navigate anything else and when I do a shift H which is one
keystroke that does work it seems like the key assignments are for
Japaneese yet my Keyboard is supposed to be set for UK English when
Ubuntu Feisty was installed which I think is the reason why I can't
navigate in web pages in W3M.
