Is synaptek accessible? I am not aware it's been updated to use gtk2. I
suspect you'll need to use the apt-get command in the terminal (or in a
console).

hello all,
I tried using the psynaptec package manager in ubuntu 7.04 with orca.
but after I enter the sudo password for software installation, I don't
get any speach output.
is this a known bug and is there a work arround?
regards.
Krishnakant.
