Orca ekiga setup wizzard help

Hey folks,

 I'm trying to setup ekiga but I'm noticing a slight problem. The
first couple screens are fine in terms of accessibility, but then I
get to a screen that asks to check my nat configuration. Orca just
seems to freeze and not want to read this screen for some reason. I
know what it says because I had a sighted person read the screen for
me, and when I tried clicking on a button in the dialogue it wouldn't
budge. After I alt f4'd out of that screen orca resumed its normal
duties just fine. Has anyone experienced this, and has anyone been
able to setup ekiga just fine? I need an alternative to skype and a
phone. I'd also like to do some webcamming. That will be fun I can
tell!
