Orca question

i have translate some files from orca src
i have know like to update the file in src on cvs server.
This a first question.
The second 
i have read that orca support now some thing of loquendo tts, but the
question is a wrapper for windows versione or a loquendo for linux ?
If the answer is two where i download loquendo for linux to try.
